Just now, as I'm trying to put the baby down for a nap (without feeding to sleep), I left her to cry for a few mins. He got up from his bed, as he's also resting and listening to a story on cd, walked in there and said "what's all this noise about? Don't you know I'm listening to a story and with you making all this noise I can't hear him reading." then he walked out again, causing her to cry more!

It's all happening here!
Andrew had the day off with a migraine, J had the day off with asthma and a chest infection, E has bronchiolitis and I have infected contact dermatitis !

Exam

Just quietly, I'm freaking out. Exam is at 9, and while I've listened to all the lectures and attended tutes and labs, I still know nothing :( I'm screwed.

Counting

Yesterday morning at breakfast, i was listening to Jensen counting :
"47, 48, 49.... something. something-one, something-two, something-three..."

Just went to calm the crying baby. Picked her up, rocked her and patted her back - and she patted mine. xx

Jensen: "Mum! You should see my room!"
Me: "What happened to it?"
Jensen: "Someone cleaned it!"
Me: "Was it you while we're sleeping?"
Jensen: "No, I think it was Daddy."

Eden. I put a messy mat on the floor, and your high chair on top. This does not mean you throw your food over your head to land on the floor where this is no messy mat.

Oh, Jensen. Dinner is not a time for procrastinating. Your dinner is cold? That's because you mucked about playing with your bits if dinner as if they're cars. Just eat. Play after.

There is no happier smile than a baby that has something she shouldn't!
